Craftsman zts 6000 will not start, just clicks. Battery, solenoid and starter alll checked and are good. What next?

Has run beautifully, no complaints until recently. Has done this a couple times, thought it was the battery, took the battery off only to find it fully charged. Put it back on and it started. Now it only click and will not start at all.
